Bluebird Project

The Bluebird project was started in 2009 when Ken Tracey built and placed 11 Blue Bird Boxes in Starkey Park. In 2012 the chapter started a monitoring program. Since 2012 the project has expanded to 42 boxes at this moment (2025), and over a dozen years of data has been recorded. The current Project manager is Bob Burkhard. Donations are needed for continuing maintance of existing boxes and placement of new boxes.
