West Pasco Audubon & March for Parks Photo Contest
March 13 was a beautiful day for Pasco County Parks and Recreation’s annual
March for Parks held at J.B. Starkey Wilderness Park in New Port Richey. One of
the event highlights was West Pasco Audubon and Parks and Recreation’s
cosponsored “Natural Florida” photo contest. Over 240 photos were entered by 70
photographers in 11 categories. Photos were judged by professional photographers
Emanuel Pontoriero and Cheryl Molennor and artists Diane Prekup and Carol
Spicuglia. It was not an easy job, but first, second and third place winners
were chosen in each category. The winning results were as follows:
